About Pikes Peak Capital
Our Story
In 2017, we founded Pikes Peak Capital to address the housing crisis in America. Why?
A home is the biggest asset most Americans will ever own and home ownership is arguably the most effective way to build wealth. Yet homeownership is no higher today than it was two generations ago. We also noticed major financing gaps for the ‘missing middle’ – moderate-income families with decent income that don’t quite qualify for a conventional mortgage loan. The same kind of financing gap seemed to exist for lower-value homes.
We felt that we could simplify and scale the delivery of capital to mission-aligned real estate investments and alternative finance solutions, applying lessons learned from our experience scaling and structuring community solar energy investments.
We think outside the box and focus exclusively on niche market opportunities that larger players have overlooked or ignored. We are nimble, creative, out-of-the-box thinkers and hard workers who believe that the right investments can and should create win-wins for all stakeholders.
